Literacy is at the heart of learning. Quality learning experiences with rich texts, and many opportunities to speak, read, and write, are crucial to a learner’s success in education and throughout life.
What does it mean to become literate? In this information age, learning to navigate and create texts is an exciting, lifelong journey. We devote our expertise to unlocking this process for learners and educators alike.
Our literacy materials work hard to engage the potential of all learners – and to engage their enjoyment of language. The rich texts we create, with their appealing, audience-appropriate design, enhance and personalise learning. Our meticulous levelling and testing processes ensure that our texts meet the diverse needs of learners.
We underpin this work with an understanding of how learners develop literacy, and how educators can best support their journey.
Workshops
We are currently running workshops to support the implementation of the National Standards: Reading and Writing. The workshops focus on building teachers’ knowledge of effective practice and literacy leadership.
